The endearing features and unique architecture of our converted church in an idyllic location combined with the gracious warmth and hospitality offers numerous options to our guests. Through the front door, you will be greeted by the Provincial Historic Trust sign and an old door opening into space.
Kitchen - Taste the local plates of flavours through the fully fitted, galley-style kitchen complete with all the appliances and carefully combined colours, and a casual dining island.
The laundry is in a closet next to the kitchen. An interesting coat hanger greets you in the open space.
Living room - Past the kitchen, the living space opens two levels high with sweeping views inside and out. Due to this, we say it converted church in an idyllic location. The area features a more formal eating space and living room area with a propane fireplace and access to the back deck overlooking Quidi Vidi.
First bedroom - The master bedroom is off to the left of the kitchen on the ground floor. Matching in the style of the whole property, the bedroom is spacious with plenty of natural light.
Second bedroom - The second floor features a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed, TV, and generous windows. The second floor bathroom has a claw foot tub. Highlighting a beautiful quiet reading area with plenty of books.
The back deck of our converted church in an idyllic location also features a sweeping vista of Quidi Vidi Harbour. To the left, you can see the East Coast Trail heading up to the north of the city past old fishing stages and heading out toward Red Cliff Marine Station and Marine Lab. There is also a Propane BBQ and eating area on the back deck which is quite private as well. Use our binoculars and see if you can get a glimpse of the eagles that live nearby. More than eagles, you will see plenty of seabirds.
