The space
Comfortably accommodating up to 2 persons with plenty of room for spreading out, this Luxury Boutique Retreat boasts an open concept first floor and second floor spa master bedroom and en-suite.

The living area has a comfortable sectional with additional single chair. Enjoy natural wood heat from our Jotul woodstove. Smart TV with Cable and Free High-Speed WIFI.

Prepare full meals or quick snacks in the well-appointed chef's kitchen with full cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, plates, glassware, and silverware all provided.

Full laundry on-site with stackable washer/dryer just outside the first floor full bath.

Our second floor features the master bedroom with king bed. We have an outside deck off the master to enjoy the salty fresh Newfoundland air and views of the granite walled hillside on our 1/4 acre of natural surroundings.

Our luxurious en-suite bath has a large shower and plenty of closet space for extended stays. Bath essentials are created locally and provided by Tval Skincare.

We are grateful to award winning designers from Sam Design, heritage restoration experts Malcolm Design and the talented Trim Design Team who helped to create this beautiful space.

Parking is available across the street from our property on McDonnell Road.

Neighborhood overview
Quidi Vidi Village is a historic fishing village in the city of St. John’s.

The village is home to one of Canada’s top restaurants Mallard Cottage and award winning chef Todd Perrin.

Quidi Vidi Brewery is Newfoundland’s largest local brewery. Great views, local music and excellent beer varieties available at the second floor tap room.
