Neighborhood overview
Trinity is a small town located on Trinity Bay in Newfoundland and Labrador. The town contains a number of buildings recognized as Registered Heritage Structures by the Heritage Foundation of Newfoundland and Labrador.

History, friendliness, and steadfast authenticity are woven into every aspect of the Trinity area. Trinity effortlessly tell tales of the past, rich in history, old worldliness, and pride of place, with geological marvels 500 million years in the making. While you’re here, watch for whales, birds, and icebergs. And be sure to round out your trip by enjoying the theatre, arts, and culinary scene.
Getting around
Trinity is one of the most walk-able town’s of Newfoundland, taking only 25 minutes to stroll the circumference of the town with various white-picket fence lined streets criss-crossing throughout its centre. The majority of attractions and activities are located on the opposite end of town.

It's a quiet town. A lot of older travellers come through here, but it’s a stunning, peaceful place, and just meandering through the streets on foot is enough to keep you busy for a few hours.

Trinity has been in existence for hundreds of years, largely due to its safe harbour which has been called one of the best in Newfoundland. Today it’s largely supported by tourists. Year round residents number around 200.
