House Rules

Please note that we only allow DOGS here, cats are not permitted.

Please wash your dishes before you go.

We currently have three cameras installed at Coastal Cliffhouse: one at the front door, one at the back door facing inward, and another at the back door facing outward. None of these cameras are directed towards private areas.

HOT TUB RULES

• No pets in the hot tub
• Shower with soap and water before entering hot tub
• Enter and exit hot tub slowly
• No glass in or near hot tub
• No jumping or diving in hot tub
• No food in hot tub
• Always keep your head above water
• Do not use alcohol, recreational drugs or medications when in hot tub
• Pregnant and elderly people should consult a doctor prior to using the hot tub
• Children must be supervised by an adult at ALL times
• Do Not put head under water
• Long Hair should be in a pony tail
• No child under the age of 12 is permitted in the hot tub
• Limit use to 15 minutes and cool off before re-entry
• Anyone with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes or any other serious illness should consult a doctor before using hot tub
• No street clothes
• Turn off jets when exiting hot tub
• Replace cover after each use
• Do not sit or lie on hot tub cover

ALL USERS OF THE HOT TUB DO SO AT OWN RISK

If at anytime there are extra unregistered guests, a party, or any illegal activity suspected, the penalty is eviction without notice, withholding of the damage deposit and fines.

The space
LOCATION, VIEWS, NATURE

​​Wake up with the sunrise, grab a hot coffee, and stroll to the ocean. You can spot an abundance of seabirds, whales, dolphins (and more) right from the house. After a day of adventuring or relaxing at the beach, return to a A-Frame home with custom finishes and upgraded features.

This house is for the nature lover. Hike the east coast trail, head to a whale watching tour, or spot the puffins on the islands in view.

An inviting living room and state-of-the-art kitchen are great for entertaining. The Coastal Cliff House has one master bedroom ensuite, located upstairs. The ensuite has a walk in closet, window cutout to view the ocean, and upscale double vanity and shower. The two bedrooms on the main floor are within steps to a full bathroom equip with a tub. The stylish A-Frame house is both child and dog friendly, & is the perfect place for a weekend escape or a much-needed vacation to the gorgeous East Coast

Your health and safety are our top priorities. We perform an enhanced deep cleaning between every reservation, with special attention to frequently touched surfaces.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Driving Directions:
The driving directions will be sent out three days before your arrival. These directions will help ensure a smooth and hassle-free journey to the venue. If you have any specific transportation-related questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team.

You'll receive your check-in instructions at 12:00pm on the day of your arrival, 3 hours prior to check-in.

Hot Tub: As part of our intention to offer the highest quality experience at the Coastal Cliff House, in addition to our regular check-in and check-out care. We have a bi-weekly check of our hot tub from a professional maintenance company to ensure overall quality and functionality. Our first hot tub maintenance is set for January 11, and we'll continue every two weeks after that. Your understanding is much appreciated, and we're committed to minimizing any inconvenience during these maintenance visits.

Please note that only registered guests are allowed on the property, unless explicitly approved by the owner or host in advance. Guests are kindly requested to contact the host or owner for approval prior to inviting any additional guests. We prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests, and unauthorized guests are not permitted. Furthermore, in order to maintain a peaceful environment, we strictly prohibit parties or large gatherings on the property unless specifically approved by the host. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
